Caroline Jones

Caroline has been with CVD, a large insurance call centre in Bristol since 2007. She works as a Credit Controller where she is responsible for taking payments and managing customer accounts including debts.

CVD is a large out of town call centre with over 100 staff dealing with commercial vehicle insurance.

She is making great progress with her apprenticeship and has recently passed her Technical Certificate in Business and Administration.
