Jodie Beacham

Jodie started work at Portishead Insurance in October 2007 as an Insurance Clerk. This was her first job in insurance and she is now responsible for all aspects of general insurance at the company including sales, renewals, amendments and administering the whole insurance process.

Portishead is a small, busy high street insurance broker dealing with all types of insurance from pet to bicycle.

Jodie enjoyed the RFS Apprenticeship she did because of the focus on course work in the NVQ which she prefers to exams. However, she has done very well recently and passed her CII IF1 examination first time! Jodie feels that the opportunity to work at her own pace and have the support of an assessor throughout the course is the best thing about the apprenticeship.

Jodie has now finished her RFS apprenticeship and will soon be starting a Customer Service Apprenticeship to further her skills and experience.
